Teen Camp 2018 Registration

How do I register? ONLINE REGISTRATION ONLY!
To register, complete the online form at ccucteencamp.com. Fees are still cash or check only. Please note that you must submit a deposit ($40 non-refundable registration fee) to guarantee your registration for Teen Camp 2018. Make all checks payable to CCUC. Any cash payments should be turned in to the director or a member of the church office staff directly.

NOTE: Payment of CCUC Teen Camp registration fees is NOT considered tuition or childcare for tax return purposes.
What's covered in the registration fee?
The student registration fee covers lodging, all meals, and most organized snacks and activities. This year, the campsite will also be providing lunch prior to our departure on Saturday, August 11. This final meal will impact the times we normally return to the Chicagoland area. Buses are expected to arrive at Eden's Plaza by 4:30 PM and CCUC-Chinatown by 5:00 PM.
When is it due?
Camp registration and fees are due at various dates and rates. Earlier dates will lock in the lowest fees, while dates closer to the week of camp will be more costly. All registrations must be received by July 30, 2018. We would like to avoid taking payments at Teen Camp.
What else do you need?
Online registration will collect all of the information we need. Additionally, there are several online consent and emergency release forms for the parent and camper to complete. Upon completion, a confirmation email will be sent out that includes a copy of the registration form. The confirmation page and email will also include a payment coupon that can be enclosed with payment.
Additional Registration Items
For an additional cost, the following activities are available: Paintball ($20), Zip Line ($5), or Giant Swing ($5). It is the responsibility of each student to participate in desired activities at scheduled times. There are no refunds for activities not completed when scheduled. Activity schedules will be announced at camp and will take place under adult supervision.
How do I get there?
Bus transportation to Lake Geneva Youth Camp is provided. On Monday, August 6:
- Buses will depart from CCUC-Chinatown at 12:30 PM.
- There will be a Chicago north suburb pick-up at Edens Plaza in Wilmette in the north-end of the Carson Pirie Scott parking lot at 1:30 PM. Please arrive at this location by 1 PM.
- There will be a Chicago western suburb pick-up at Wheaton Chinese Alliance Church (1748 Blanchard St, Wheaton, IL 60189) at 1:00 PM. Please arrive at this location by 12:30 PM.
Check-in at camp begins at 3:00 PM. The program begins at 4:00 PM.
How do I get back?
Buses will depart LGYC after lunch on Saturday, August 11 and return to Edens Plaza by 4:30 PM and CCUC by 5:30 PM on Saturday, August 11. Unlike in years past, we will have lunch at the campsite before departing to return to the Chicagoland area.
Can I drive?
No. Because of safety and liability issues, campers are not allowed to drive to camp under any circumstances. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Any final thoughts?
• The only visitors allowed are pastors, youth workers, parents, or siblings accompanied by a parent.
